3.   Friday activities included a slots and bowling tournament and a C&K concert.  Here's Janet, Claire, Naomi, Pam Mitsumura (who came with her friend from Honolulu), and Terri Lum (who came with a friend Joanne from Hilo, a fellow '75 grad from an unnamed private school) after the bowling tournament. 4. Saturday morning a scavenger hunt was held downtown and a few of us headed to the UH-UNLV football game.  We were joined by Clyde Oshiro, his wife, and daughter.

5.   After leaving Las Vegas, I flew to Austin, Texas, to spend a week with Gail Ow and her two teenagers.  Here we are enjoying shave-ice ... 6. Kari Krewson Evans who lives on the Big Island, with her husband Wayne on her 50th birthday in June.

Randy Tamashiro, Steven Ikeda, Earl Uehara, and Randal Kagawa were also in town to golf but we missed each other.  Clyde did run into Earl in town once. Our numbers were few but we had a blast with each other at the various activities renewing friendships and getting to know some other new 50 year olds.  Thanks to everyone who prepared and participated in this fun event!
